Treatment Plan Discount

How do you enter a discount/courtesy on a treatment plan (for the patient) and not the account (until the account is posted)?

There is a request for that in Open Dental and it has been approved. It would need votes to get into the program faster. The name under the request list is "Add discount field to procedure. Can display discount in treatment plan" Req. ID 77
