I want to change the Time Calculation to meet each visit we perform. I can not find out where we can change this. Please help! Thank you

I believe you are taking about the Time Pattern for a specific procedure? Each procedure has there specific amount of time that are already setup in the program you can change them by going to Lists | Procedure Codes. Find the code you are wanting to change and double click on the description. On the left of the window that pops up is your Time Pattern for that procedure.

If you want to change the amount of time for a specific appointment to be a certain amount of time you can only do that for Recall appointments otherwise the appointment decides it length depending on what procedures you attach to it.

This automatic calculation of multiple procedures in one appointment is a mystery to all intellegent human life forms and must only work for Dr. Spark's scheduling parameters.

I can't wait for the day when it can be disables completely.
