Any updates on the "make Recall" button issues. We updated a while back to 6.1.14 and now can not schedule recall from the appt module. I think it was going to be listed as a bug. Just wondered if there was an update or answer. I think we might go ahead and update to the newer version which I hope will have this fixed.

We could never duplicate it. If it doesn't work for you in a newer version, give us a call. We will get a copy of your database along with specific instructions for duplicating it. Then, we can solve it quickly.
