What is the intended use/difference between Medical Urgent and Medical Summary in the OD program? Thanks
You can use them as you wish. I use the Medical Urgent box for things that directly affect treatment, such as "Anticoagulants" or "No Epinephrine" or "Allergic to Aspirin". We use the Medical Summary box to list things like "Patient had heart surgery Dec 2008", or the patient's physician, or whatever other information I didn't list in medications or diseases.
