Says I need to update to dot net 3. something.....when was I supposed to do that? Seems I remember that was done at upgrading? Heck I do not even know how to do that.

It's pretty easy to get it working -

Go to the OD home page and click on 'Trial Version'. Then click on the link at step 2a that says 'Install dotNet framework version 3.5 SP1'. Let this installer run it's course, which should take about 10-20 minutes, depending on the speed of your computer, internet connection, etc.

When it's done, restart your computer and restart OD. Voting should now be working just fine...

Mobile can't be voted on at the moment because it's already under development. That means it will probably be part of 6.3, but if that doesn't work out, then it will be available for voting again.
