I know some plans count sealeants as preventive and some count them as operative. How can I chaneg this setting depending on teh insurance, instead of changing it globally in the insurance category section....

It should just go in as a note for now. We've laid some groundwork for that functionality, but have not yet taken it to that level of detail.
