Procedure Notes

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in sharing their default procedure notes. I am pediatric so I don't need that many codes setup. But if anyone could share their procedure notes for: amalgam, composite, D0140, D0150, D0120, and codes for composites as well, I'd really appreciate that.
