I would like to know if it is possible to merge files from excel into the family portion of the patient information?

Our organization receives patient information referrals in an excel format. Instead of manually entering the patient information manually, we would like to merge to data from the excel lists into Open Dent.

Is this possible?

You could write an Excel script to convert your spreadsheet to an XML file following this structure:
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/import.html
It will not be trivial.
