Does anyone know if anything is being developed to allow Patient's to login through the internet to check their Open Dental Account.....to see appointments, check account balances, update address and phone number information, update insurance information?

I have discussed the possibility of developing something with a local programmer but was not sure if it is already being done....

Also, I am wondering if this is something that OD users would be interested in having available for their patients.
I personally think that this would be something that my patients would like to have the ability to do.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

This feature has been in place for quite a while. It doesn't have all the features you were asking about, focussing mostly on appointments for now. But it is certainly the foundation to start with.
