I've been on OD for 18 months and it is a great product. The correspondence features are weak for specialty offices, though. I'm a periodontist and about 20% of my time is dealing with correspondence with referring offices. The quick notes aren't much help as each letter is pretty much unique and are heavily edited from a standard letter. Unfortunately they are not saved in A-Z so we have to manually copy them. That being said, I have used the cool sheets feature on referral slip to be used as a letter to referring offices. It seems to work fine except for lacking the field for the referral's familiar or preferred name. I wonder if it would be much trouble to add that field to the list on the referral slip. It looks a little sophomoric to address all of them as "Dear Doctor".

Until that feature is added, are you aware that you can edit your "Dear Doctor" at the time that you fill out the sheet? You probably already know this, but I thought I would mention it.

You should probably submit this as a feature request with the following description: "Add FirstName field to referral sheet".

Is there any plans to add DOB to the internal Referral slip sheet, or do I need to make this a feature request? Thanks
