Hi everyone,

I recently purchased the full version of Open Dental. I received in my e-mail the installation code.

I understand that CDs are not usually shipped, but I can't find the download on the Open Dental site. I assume that I'm supposed to install the trial version and then update it from there using my code?

Yes , install the trial version

then upgrade to the full version
this i assume is under help>update
you will then be able to download and install the most recent version

Almost. I think it's more like:
Install trial version.
Then, type in registration key as shown in second screenshot at:
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/update.html
Then update as shown in the first screenshot.
Then follow these directions:
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/gettingstarted.html

We usually do this all for the customer remotely. It's unusual to do it by email.
