I seem to be having trouble with two claims still showing on the report that have been paid already.

(Using v5.7.15)

One person had two insurances the other only one. Both are marked received, have a payment and a write off, there are no extra estimates on the procedures, the date is entered on the received claim, everything looks good, but they still show up on the report. This one has me stumped. I already ran the database maintenance and that didn't find it either.

Sounds just like the bug fixed in 5.7.7. That was fixed by adding it to the db maint tool. If you find a db inconsistency, let me know.

after running the DB maint. tool with V5.8.2, the problem is gone it seems.
