Can Open Dental (the mobile version) pull the cell phone numbers of patients due for recall
and send SMS text message to those patients ?

No, sorry. It's a very simple program. It just lets you pull up some patient info for viewing. Besides, SMS messages can be sent through the internet, so a regular computer would be a better place to send them from.
