We have found the task list to be extremely helpful, Here is ours:

You should move the supply ordering off of the task lists. Just my opinion.

Actually, i have it set up nicely in the 'Mange' section - supply /inventory, but with all the staff, this makes a good place to jot a quick note and it's easy for them to understand.
