Is there anyway to see when an appointment was scheduled

Our employees want to be able to easily check when an appointment was scheduled. This affects how they want to confirm the appointment. Also, it would be helpful to see who scheduled it. The only way I can see how to do this is through the audit tool, but that isn't practical to check every time.

Open the appointment and click the audit trail button. The audit trail will show when and who....

yes, we would like an easier to view solution to this...audit trail is a little busy and hard to decipher for most staff

That sounds like an exising feature request that you could vote for. I don't have access to that list right now or I would check for you.

this is a good idea. if you open up the appt, to have this info in the vicinity of Status/Unscheduled Status/Confirmed OR Dentist/Hygienist/Assistant would be great (make the New Patient checkbox smaller or take up less room). You could see if the patient pre-appointed 6mo ago or last week. I'll have to see if i have enough votes to give to this feature request...

Yes, that request exists already, but with no votes. It's called "more date fields on appointment, like DateScheduled".
