Order of Procedure

A few months back I posted on the forum about having the order of procedures getting jumbled between the claim form, Chart module and account module. Is there any update on when these issues will be fixed? Thank you in advance. Happy Thanksgiving!

See the feature request system. That's where we track and discuss such things. There are a few security issues that have to take priority of this request.

Programming is complete in the Account module for version 6.2. But the ordering looked flawless to me in the Chart module. The expected ordering is:
date
priority (in Chart module, but not Account module)
tooth range (empty tooth ranges come before filled tooth ranges)
tooth number (empty tooth numbers before valid tooth numbers)
procedure code (if everything else including tooth number is the same)

If it's not doing that in the Chart module, let me know.

I find that prescriptions usually get scrambled in the order of procedures in the chart module.
