Version 6.1.1 Unable to Delete Planned Appointment

I just upgraded to version 6.1.1 to use the mulitple planned appointment feature.

I just completed the treatment today on a planned appointment. I usually delete the planned appointment at some point during the appointment while the patient is in the chair. Open Dental would not let me delete the planned appointment. I did select the planned appointment that I wanted to delete by highlighting it (only one in this case). I did not get an unhandled exception. It simply did not delete the appointment. Any ideas?
