Is there an easy way to attach a patients treatment plan to an email? A lot of our patients prefer that we e-mail them a copy of the treatment plan.

1. Print to PDF, then attach to email
OR
2. Ctrl+PrintScreen to save the screen as image file, then Ctrl+V to paste to email.

I never try, but I think it should work. Is there a direct way from OD? I dont know.

print screen option does not work as it gives an error unable to retrieve data from clipboard.

Will try first option

We use the print screen method and save as image file. Then attach image, but we are running Windows XP Professional.

Option #2 depends on your email program. I use Outlook (not Outlook Express), and it pastes just fine onto my outgoing email.
