Upgraded from 4.5.20 to 4.5.37. Couldn't print/preview the claim anymore but getting the message of "no printer available". The rest parts with Opendental are working normal and print out fine . Is there something related to special ADA2006 form settings?
Try printing to a local printer instead of a network printer. Also, I don't see any changes between the two versions listed that would account for the behavior you are reporting.
I've seen this "printer unavailable" message caused by a corrupt claim. In this order, you can try: deleting and recreating the claim; double checking the insurance plan info, settings and "order"; running database utilities.
