OD 25.1.54
Creating a new Form from the Drop Down in Imaging is inserting the wrong date, seems to be random as it is different on different computers

looks like it may be picking up the date of the template form/document rather than today's date now for some reason?

This bug has been fixed and backported to 26.1.63.0 and 26.2.23.0.
