Unallocated Income Report

Is there a way to run a report to see income that is unallocated to a procedure? Long story short, we need it to be able to pay an associate accurately. The custom query OD wrote for us only works for allocated income. About 10% of the time it hasn't been put in and attached to payments. Some of that is on purpose (prepayments, deposits, etc), but there is definitely a need for us to go back and sort it out.
