CAQH for insurance payments

Post by RickInHouston » Tue Feb 11, 2020 7:51 am

Is anyone using CAQH to process insurance payments?

I am trying them to reduce the insurance credit card process and eliminate this fee for processing insurance payments.

Does anyone else you this service?

I have signed up for one insurance company - Aetna. I have received an email from my bank money was deposited into my account through this process, but I don't know what patient, what claim or how to 'track' this. Any help would be very much appreciated,

Go to https://www.aetna.com/about-us/login.ht ... ink_tabs_5.
Register for an account, then log in and go to search explanation of benefits and find all the claims that were processed and match them to the amount deposited in your bank.
You can also go to https://www.metdental.com/prov/execute/home for Metlife claims and match them to the EFT's that were deposited.
I set both of these up for EFT's through CAQH Enroll Hub at https://solutions.caqh.org/bpas/Default ... lt.aspx%2f
there are other insurance companies there also. I did not pay a fee for any of this.
