Appointments with attached tx plan items

Help! My DDS wants me to take out all of the treatment or prophy's attached to scheduled appointments due to accidentally being set complete by the assistant.Does any one have any advice? When I am trying to fill his schedule I cant see what these patients were previously scheduled for and it also makes my recall off due to it not seeing scheduled prophys! Has this happened to other offices?

Recall will not work if you don't attach those procedures to future appointments.

Why not restrict her permissions instead? You can remove the complete appointment permission from a user.

If these appointments were set complete and they are in the future you could probably just run a report to find the future dated production that is now complete (should stand out).
