Where do you put title on patient information?

I can not seem to find a place other than the nickname or salutation to place titles such as Mr., Mrs, Dr, ect. We have many pts. who prefer to be addressed by title.

Would you believe it's one of those details that we haven't quite gotten around to? At this point, I would consider it high priority, so it will probably be added soon.
