dashboard dates selection

In the dashboard: http://www.opendental.com/manual/dashboard.html
i can only change the date by clicking on the forward > and backward < arrows, how can i change the date to a specific date so i can check my production/income in that specific date?

I took a look and I can't seem to find anyway to change the date other that the arrows. That does seem rather cumbersome if you are trying to go back a few months.

Reports are going to be where you do things like that. This is a dashboard and it has a different purpose. It tells you how things are right now.
