Multi -page exam forms

Post by Rickliftig »

I would like to see a multi-page exam sheet format. In particular, I want to create a two page TMJ exam form. Making a page one and a page two exam form is a workaround, but it's kludgy.

Also - in Setup/ Definitions/ Progress note colors, it would make sense to have an entry for exams. They need to stand out in the progress notes.

best,

Rick

Yep there is..I got 50 votes on it and am the one marked "is critical"...

I had to make my medical and dental history into 3 separate pages which then means each patient has to sign the signature pad 3 separate times...

I hope a few more people put some votes on this feature request...
