VS2010/.NET 4.0

Post by wjstarck »

Do you have an approximate time frame for when you will be making the switch?

Just wanted some lead time internally.

Thanks

Oh, it's out of beta. Then as soon as we have time. A matter of days.

Did this ever happen (the move to .net 4)?

I just spent an hour or two struggling with a bug in .net 3.5 that MS is refusing to backport for some reason.

I'm assuming since you said days, it's already been done. If so, which version did it start with?

Thanks,
Al

No, it didn't happen yet. I can't predict the future, so when I say something, it's a statement of probability. We have purchased our copies of VS2010, but the order has not arrived yet. So we are closer than we were in July.
