Bug in referral slip e-mail

When I make a referral slip, it no longer gives the options to e-mail to the referring Dr like it used to. v7.0.1

Maybe there's no email address for that referral source?

hum...didn't check that for sure, but unless my staff made multiple entries for the same people....I wouldn't put it past them! :p

no---it still is doing it, the referral has an e-mail but the box doesn't show with option to e-mail it.

I am accessing the referral slip through the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Z in the chart v.7.0.4

There was a bug, but the bug prevented the window from coming up at all. Fixed the bug. See if it works better.
