App crash

I m using 12.2.44.0 version, when i tried to print anything from my open dental it suddenly throw an pop window error message saying opendental had stop working when i check the log it shows appcrash occur plz tell me soln of the same as soon as possible.

Can you provide any more details about the exception?
Entropy isn't what it used to be...

Or make sure that you have a printer installed. If you don't have a physical printer, turn on the built in Windows XPS printer or install a free pdf printer.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
