OK button set as accept button causing problems 13.1.x

On 13.1.x, the 'OK' button is set as the default accept button, which prevents me from entering more than one line in the Medical History or Medical Summary textarea boxes

Bug: "Pressing the enter key inside a text box for a new line will cause forms to close sometimes." fixed for v13.1.4 but not yet released.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
