Referrals

I was looking at the referrals setup and was thinking about adding referral to into the prog notes. (currently do they show anywhere else besides the family file?)

It would also be nice if referred to/by would show on the appointment bubble. Maybe an option too so specialists could choose by, and GPs could choose to
