Un-loadable plugins

It would be helpful if I could unload and reload plugins without quitting Open Dental.

Is there a way to make this happen with AppDomains/MarshalByRefObject and the current PluginBase? Then if another field 'AppDomain' was added to the Programs table we could silently write the AppDomain we wanted there and use that field to unload/reload the appropriate plugin(s).
