Can someone tell me how can I add a footnote in the progress chart printout. (Same footnote for every print)

That would have to be added programmatically.

One work around I can think of is to create a dummy procedure code called 'footnote' which you complete for the current date. Of course, this would only show at the bottom of the last page, which is probably not what you want.

What did you have in mind for what the footnote should say?

I just want to add the following

C&EC= Complete
TP= Treatment Planned (Not complete)

Some assistants are new and on a part time basis in our office and I want it clear for them what is complete and what is not. Although it is just a little bit of common sense but they have tended to set up wrong trays in the ops sometimes.
