There is a bug in the code that handles signatures on 64 bit Vista systems.
If the user types a note in a progress note for a procedure and then signs the note with the mouse, an exception will be generated when the procedure is reopened. All the data that had been saved for that procedure will be wiped out.
Granted, this is not expected behavior on the part of users, but I'm sure there are probably some folks that use the mouse to add sigs to their charts.
I am running 6.4.14 in the office. The bug is present there and persists in the 6.5.x code. I have checked, and our 32 bit XP Pro systems are unaffected. Tomorrow I'll check and see if our 32 bit Vista system is affected as well...
