Check Eligibility: Unhandled Exception

I'm playing with v6.1.6.0 and getting the following pop-up error window when clicking on the Check Eligibility button in Edit Insurance Plan. I check my DB, the patient table does exist.


"Unhandled Exception has occured in your application ..."

Table 'opendental.PATIENT' doesn't exist

Not in all caps, it doesn't. You must have a Linux system which is case sensitive by default. Whoever wrote that query did not follow the correct protocol.
