Planned apt buttons, & email button

Post by drtech » Sun Oct 12, 2008 9:45 am

1) I am trying to test out the multiple planned appts in the chart module (alpha 6.1.0) and it seems all the buttons are disabled...is this not ready to test yet?

2) I would like to change the way the e-mail button works at the top. instead of having it disabled if the pt does not have an-email, I would like to have it always enabled, that way when we want to e-mail a picture to the lab it is still available to use...

1. They are not disabled when I run the program. Could it be your Fuchs options again?
2. We need a visual indicator of whether the patient has email entered. I can't think of a better visual indicator than to disable it. One possibility is to still let the dropdown menu work even if the button itself is disabled. Another option is to have an email button on the list of labs. In that case, it would also be handy to let the list of labs come up with a key combination just like the contact list currently does.

1) hum...don't know...they are disabled for me...my FuchsOptions are off (set to 0), so that is not it...

**update**
...OK, i figured it out...if there are no appointments scheduled they are disabled

I added a button to the lab case window, i couldn't figure out how the menu works exactly, so that was easier...

we will need to add a column in the lab table for e-mail address to make it work better...right now it just opens up a blank e-mail window
