Payment Plans once done

Post by drtech » Mon Oct 06, 2008 8:45 am

if ok, I am going to add a filter on the payment plan report to not show payment plans that have been paid off.

How is everyone else handling this? Are you deleting the plan once paid off or are yours still showing up on the report like on ours? If the preferred method is to delete the plan once paid off, then we need to have automatic detachment of payments to the payment plan to make that easier....

I think a filter is needed. I guess it's considered paid off if the sum(charges + interest) = sum(paysplits).
