Translation of Daily Payments report

Do I have to edit PaymentsRDL.txt to translate the Daily Payments report?

RDL reports are pretty old and before my time. I think you will have to edit the txt file to translate it.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
