Remove old "" from prog notes

For complex topics that regular users would not be interested in. For power users and database administrators.

Remove old "" from prog notes

Could someone help me with a command to find and remove all the unchecked "" that we placed in progress notes and them my staff never got rid of them? Now that I want to try to use the "" to find incomplete notes, the report has 34 pages of old ones from back in 2005.
