1) Unscheduled Exception
Select an appointment and click U to send it to the unscheduled list (Confirm Yes). Then click the X to break the appointment, you will be advised, you have to select an appointment first. The previous appointment cannot be broken now.

Select an appointment, click U to send it to the unscheduled list (confirm yes). Then when that appt disappears, click U again. An exception occurs because the previous selected appointment cannot be sent again.

2) Unscheduled right-click
Bring up the Unscheduled list. Right click an item. Nothing happens. I suggest it should allow either delete or Create appointment (same as if double clicked).

Hi, is the exception bug scheduled for fixing? Or is it fixed already? Thanks.

It is on a list of issues to be looked into over the next few weeks. It's not an urgent issue or it would already be fixed.
