"Index was outside the bounds of the array."

This happens every time I hit the "Apply deductible to the selected procedure" button in the insurance payment entry screen.

I also get one when I use the keyboard to scroll off the list of patients on the select patient screen. I then get the error "There is no row at position 19"

This is v. 5.5.13, disregard if it's been fixed.

PS. I hope none of these lead to database corruption, because I get them not infrequently.

I put them both down. Neither would cause db corruption.
