Critical Error No Fee Cache

Post by Iron-Man » Thu Sep 26, 2019 2:49 pm

I have compiled version 19.1.16.0. So far everything appears to work just fine.

I wanted to test all features of Open Dental.
When I try to import fees, I receive this error" Critical Error No Fee Cache"
I can import without any problems from the trial version, but not my compiled version.

Any ideas to resolve.

Thanks,

Iron-Man

When you get a critical error, there should be a "Details" that you can click on to expand. Can you paste those details here?

We removed Fee Cache in roughly that version. Compiling is very complex, and there always seem to be things like this that creep in. There are thousands of moving parts. That's also a beta version. So your best bet is to move to a newer version for starters.

Thanks to all that replied. My version is: 19.1.16.0
I was able to resolve the issues without making any changes.
The solution was to do all imports from within Fee Schedule Set Up -->(Description , select yours)-->Edit Fees
When you are in Edit Fees, then select--> Import.
The file must be in .xml format.

Hope this helps others,
