UPDATED VER 18

Post by chinchin » Wed Oct 03, 2018 8:32 pm

Have recently updated to Ver 18. However, user is unable to make changes to appointment schedule. Received popped up message: "The provider selected for this appointment has a term date prior to the selected day and time. Pls select another provider." Tried to change the term date under Setup provider but it doesnt work.

Do you by chance have your year set to only show two digits in your region and language settings? If so then you'll want to keep an eye on the bug that was just reported to us:
Providers, blankTerm Dates and Birthdates set to 01/01/2001 if region settings use a two digit year format.

You might be able to work around the issue by setting the termination date into the future but I would suggest just waiting for the bug fix to be released (shouldn't be too long). That or change your year format to show four digits instead of two.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
