Try to find some sort of pattern in the randomness. We need more information to go off of like "it starts randomly happening after my front desk personnel shows up" or "it's exacerbated when I try to view recalls".
Otherwise the only thing I can think of to suggest is to start turning features off within Open Dental until you find the culprit but that isn't a guarantee.

I will get more info...but it is all coming from my front desk people, so might have to do with schedule...

Figured out modal dialog boxes are coming up behind the OD window or something when you break appts, etc and then you can't do anything until you hit like Alt space or something and you can get it to come to the front to click OK. My staff said they were about to throw the computers out the window as they couldn't figure out what the problem was...

This doesn't happen on all computers. Also the calendar is off selector on some computers on the appt book isn't displaying the correct month..is this a .net problem?

That just sounds like a system clock and/or region and language setting problem to me.

looks like date and language are correct in windows...

what about the dialog boxes hiding behind the main OD window on some computers...can you get that to reproduce or know what might be causing that?

I've only heard of that problem when users run Windows in Tablet mode.
