error message 002 saying it requires valid sequence number.

Post by tdong » Fri Feb 24, 2017 8:25 am

My friend dental open uses two different database to send CDA. Is there a way to change the sequence number for ITRAN for the two different databases ?. It was working fine for a few days and now it shows this problem. I think it is because the two database somehow generate the same sequence number can sending to ITRAN.

Thanks

The sequence number is internally managed within the eclaim sending code and your friend is probably getting this error because the two databases are overlapping sequence numbers because they don't know about each other. It would be considered a feature request for us to give them a manual way to set a "seed" for the sequence number instead of doing the self managing way we currently have it written.

Maybe your friend wants to consider using the middle tier or replication instead of using two different databases?

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
