Cryptic NewCropRx message

Post by wjstarck » Thu Aug 11, 2016 12:06 pm

Sometimes authentication fails (I guess) when trying to send an eRx with NewCropRx.

NewCropRx will display the cryptic message '-TFA' and I have to go back and re-enter my ECPS password and the 6 digit code I get via text.

What does this error message mean?

I don't know.
I'm asking NewCrop.

Per NewCrop:

"This is an issue with Verizon that they are working to resolve. Essentially they are taking too long to reply to NewCrop with the signed script that must be forwarded to the pharmacy.

To help reduce these errors NewCrop will be increasing the time we wait for a response from Verizon. This will be in production this weekend with our current production release."
