I am working on a custom "Production" report and I am stuck on the patient income issue. It seems that we can post payments to an account without "having" to attach the payment to claimprocs. The problem with this is that it is difficult to query for total-production-after-payments when all payments aren't related in the same way. I hope that makes sense...
My real question is...what is the best way to query for total income by provider *after* all payments (insuance and patient) are made.
At first glance I thought the claimproc table would be the best, but now I'm not so sure.
