Using Open Dental for non-clinical Business Management

Post by KevinRossen » Wed Feb 18, 2015 1:08 pm

I know I've seen some of the Open Dental employees talk about how they're using Open Dental to manage their customers. I'm wondering if there are any others out there doing the same? I've recently built the software from source code and I'm planning on using it to manage the side project I'm developing. I've been using some other web-based tools, but I feel like Open Dental does everything I need it to do, including tracking expenses in accounting, image management, notes from conversations, and more. It seems like it'd be more than adequate to run a small business that doesn't happen to be a dental practice.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
