No. I don't have any indication that anyone has even requested it before. Bridges are typically one of our highest priorities and we can add them relatively quickly depending on the bridging specifications.

I'd recommend adding it as a feature request so we can keep track of it and we'll also need contact information for the company so that we can get in touch with them for the bridge specs. Website, phone, email to a programmer that works there, etc. The more info, the quicker the bridge usually gets made.

Often times the other companies take ages to get back to us which makes it seem like we're spending lots of time developing the bridge. It's pretty frustrating. :|

Perfect. We'll get in touch with her for the bridge specs and a prototype if they'll give us one

I just got back from vacation. Still catching up on my work load but I'll swing by the bridging department and check on the progress and report back.

They got the specs and it's in our bridge queue. Panda Perio offered us a 60 day trial after we fill out some paperwork and so this bridge should work really well. Often times 3rd party softwares just give us specs without letting us test it out and that's where poorly made bridges get introduced. I'm pretty excited about this one.

If you want things to go quicker, I highly recommend adding Panda Perio as a feature request so others can vote / pledge towards it so that we get a better idea on how many people want this bridge.

We at Open Dental have finished the bridge to PandaPerio and will be implementing it with the release of version 14.3.

We have a customer that has Panda Perio and version 14.3 OD. When they click on the bridge it opens Panda Perio but doesn't open the specific Patient. Is there some setup that I'm not aware of?

Try changing your "Path of file to open" path to the PandaLauncher (i.e C:\Program Files\PandaLauncher\PandaLauncher.exe). If that does not exist, you may have to contact PandaPerio to get it. I am very confident that this will solve your issue.

I changed the path and now when I click on the panda perio it asks for a pandalauncher.cfg file to be in the opendental program folder. I talked to Panda Perio and they weren't very helpful. Do you know what should be in this file so that I can create it to get this bridge working.

PandaLauncher might be a separate application not automatically included with PandaPerio (for reasons unknown to me), but I am not sure. I can tell you that the bridge to PandaPerio is exactly what they defined the specifications to be, and after PandaLauncher is set up you will be able to bridge. I would call them back for more help, but if a pandalauncher.cfg file already exists, you can put a copy of it in the directory of your pandaperio executable (not to be confused with the pandalauncher.exe file).
