Bug Report on 11.1.9

Post by Rickliftig » Mon Nov 07, 2011 10:55 am

New behavior that was not present in 11.1.5:

When timing out a user, a pop-up screen notes that the user will be logged off. When clicking cancel, or trying to close the window, the mouse arrow disappears. There is a flicker of the Open Dental window, almost like it was looping the action. Closing the program (Open Dental) in task manager cures the problem.

Dr. Liftig,

I've tried recreating this behavior and I have not been able to. I'm testing on a windows 7 machine, using OD 11.0.39 and 11.1.9.

Ryan - mine are XP machines. I found that this happened when I clicked the cancel button. If I wait for the program to log off - no problem. I wonder if it's a conflict with one of the HP keyboard utilities (these boxes are about six years old)
